PTFE coating – BRG 24 - new
The PTFE Coating is our new high-temperature coated endless belt. Available in all lengths and widths, it offers excellent adhesion, high temperature resistance up to 310°C, a non-stick effect, easy cleaning, scratch resistance, and a bgreen metallic finish.
Coating RC-Plus
The Coating RC-Plus boasts excellent adhesion to steel belts, effective non-stick properties, and very high scratch resistance. Its sleek silver/grey finish adds to its exceptional features.
SP Coating - IL-SP 8 – new very smooth
The SP Coating IL-SP 8, with its glossy black finish, is perfect for use on steel belts. It provides good adhesion and an effective non-stick effect, even at high operating temperatures in °C.
New TW14 gold-coated steel belt
The Coating TW14 Gold steel belt revolutionizes cosmetic laminate tube production. With superior adhesion, high service temperature, smooth non-stick surface, and scratch resistance, it ensures flawless, radiant results. Ideal for „invisible seam“ tubes, it‘s the epitome of efficiency and elegance.
Plain Belt L/W
The non-coated steel belt, especially suitable for customers who prefer to attach the weld belt using standard PTFE no-stick tape, is ideal for those seeking long welds with various lengths and thickness options (standard 0.076mm / 0.127mm, other thicknesses available on request).

Forming belt for the tubes body fabrication machine
Our new Blue – Grey forming belt replaces our discontinued Blue belt.
The belts are welded and do not have endless weaving. We offer the new Blue – Grey Band in two versions: one with a rough and one with a fine surface. The rough belt is the tried and tested standard belt.

The rough Blue – Grey belt is the standard belt.

The belt is fused to create an endless belt. It replaces the old Blue forming belt. The belts are welded and do not have endless weaving.
The fine Blue – Grey forming belt
The fine Blue – Grey forming belt has the same strength and material properties as the raw blue – grey belt. Only the surface has a slightly smoother finish structure. Depending on the laminate type, however, the belt with the fine surface finish does offer certain advantages.

The TMT Grey Forming belt
The TMT Grey Forming belt is an endless woven belt. It is made of antistatic materials and has an anti-slip surface that pulls the laminate through the body machine without slippage. Because the belt has an endless seam, i.e. does not have a welded seam, it offers excellent straight-line running in the machine. This makes it especially well-suited for tubes with small weld seams, overlapping and invisible tubes.
The red forming belt
The red forming belt has an endless weave and a highly slip-resistant surface.
